Another of the ships used to bring Bounty emigrants to New South Wales under George Dunmore Lang's scheme. The vessel brought 178 passengers from Tobermory to Port Jackson (Sydney) in 1839/40. The George Fyfe sailed regularly on the Australia run, for example, to Melbourne in 1841 and from London to Port Nicholson and Wellington in 1842.
